Hi Anantha,

I have visited your blog site , very nice and informative. I would like to approach you on an issue which we are facing here with respect to the Oracle Requisitions, thought of asking for an advice.
Currently there is no way to modify existing requisitions once a user has left agency (due to retirement, change in agency, etc). Equally important is that the only way to receipt for these requisitions is through the use of a centralized receiver.
The Requisition preparer (requisitioner) has left the organization. How can we re-assign this requisition to another user so that he /she can update this requisition.
We would like to have the information logged in the system to reflect that the user has been changed in the approval history.
We should be able to assign this ownership to other user either by user / all requisitions basis or per requisition basis.
System should send any email messages that would have been sent to the original requisitioner (who left the organization) will be sent to the re-assigned user.
We would like to develop a custom concurrent program providing the parameters as "From User" and "To User" where all the documents which are in the in-process status by the "From User" has to be assigned to the "To User" to own them and allow modifications.
Kindly advice on this process, how to go about and what would be the best suggested approach. I believe Oracle Purchasing is currently not having this feature and may consider this in future releases.

Thanks & Regards,
